 Profile Plus is now available
through those National Partners who supply NCD Surveys in English or
German (other languages will follow soon). It is the new comprehensive and
biotic tool for exploring and analyzing the root causes of NCD Survey
results.
Profile Plus was previewed in the
August issue of eNCDine
where its benefits were listed. In Australia, its predecessor has been
enthusiastically adopted over the last year by local church leaders,
denominational leaders and NCD Coaches looking for a detailed, holistic
picture of profile results. Most now regard it as indispensable.
One key benefit of Profile Plus is that you
can see the detailed results of up to four surveys in one report. Track
trends. See exactly what changes in all eight Quality Characteristics by
working on your Minimum Factor. Identify obstacles to growth not apparent
by doing only one or two profiles. Anticipate obstacles before they become
a major problem. See clearly the interdependence between Quality
Characteristics.
Another key benefit is the specific listing
of the church's ten healthiest areas. NCD is not just about your Minimum
Factor, but knowing your strengths so that they can be celebrated and

Profile Plus can only be ordered through
your NCD National Partner. If you have completed your most recent NCD
survey after January 1, 2004, you do not need to wait until your
next Survey to get a Profile Plus report - you can get it straight away.
